WinkBeds mattresses are backed by a Lifetime Limited Warranty for the original purchaser, covering qualifying defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty applies to qualifying mattresses purchased directly from WinkBeds or from an authorized WinkBeds retailer.

Brand Comfort Trial

WinkBeds mattresses include a 120-night comfort trial with a minimum 30-night adjustment period.

BEDZ Sleep Guarantee

A minimum 30-night adjustment period is required before requesting a comfort exchange.

One sleep-guarantee exchange is permitted per original mattress purchase. Approved exchanges are issued as BEDZ in-store credit only. No refunds are provided.

A qualifying mattress protector must be purchased from BEDZ with the mattress and used throughout the trial period.

Mattresses must be clean, sanitary, undamaged and free of stains or odors to qualify for a comfort exchange.

Delivery, pickup, removal, redelivery and other applicable service charges are not included in the sleep guarantee.

Pillows, sheets, mattress protectors and other bedding accessories are final sale and are not covered by the mattress sleep guarantee.

White Glove Delivery

Relax—we'll handle the heavy lifting. BEDZ White Glove Delivery includes delivery to the room of your choice, setup of your new mattress or furniture when applicable, and removal of all packaging materials.

Existing Product Removal

Removal of an existing mattress or furniture is available for an additional charge and should be arranged before delivery.
