Pickup, Local Delivery & Shipping

Store pickup: Free pickup is available at BEDZ, 2838 Henry St., Suite 100, Norton Shores, MI 49441. We will notify you when your order is ready. Only the purchaser named on the order may pick it up. Please bring a matching government-issued photo ID and the payment card used at checkout. For digital-wallet purchases, bring the device used to pay.

Local delivery: Local delivery options and available rates are shown during checkout when your address qualifies. Standard delivery is generally to the front door or garage. Assembly, installation, room-of-choice service, and removal of existing furniture are not included unless stated in writing.

Delivery and setup: Setup service may be available for an additional charge. Call or text 231-202-2215 before ordering if you need setup, stairs, difficult access, removal, or another special service.

Shipping: Shipping availability varies by product, destination, package size, and supplier. Eligible products may display a shipping option and price at checkout. For products without a checkout shipping rate, contact BEDZ for availability and a quote before purchasing.

Please inspect merchandise promptly and report visible damage or missing items as soon as possible. Keep all packaging until the order has been inspected.
