Storage stairs require a matching stair-ready bunk frame with a side opening. They cannot be added to the standard Riley ladder frame.

Sturdy square posts and complete slat kits support each sleeping surface.

Most standard ladder configurations can separate into two freestanding beds as sleeping needs change.

Mattress Fit & Clearance

Mattresses are sold separately unless the product page specifically says they are included.

Use an upper-bunk mattress no thicker than 8 inches to preserve effective guardrail height.

Standard Riley bunk configurations have approximately 15-inch guardrails and about 34 inches of rail-to-rail space between bunks.

Optional Configurations

Underbed drawers and trundle/storage units are optional and priced separately unless shown as included.

The trundle can hold a compatible mattress or use its dividers as a large storage drawer.

Storage stairs require the matching stair-ready bunk frame with a side opening; they do not attach to a standard ladder frame.

Safety, Measurements & Care

Measure wall length, ceiling height, doorway access, mattress thickness, and ladder or stair clearance before ordering.
